Coupon Lingo

I would like to request to a Moderator, if that is allowed, that this be made into a sticky. I think that would help a lot for beginners.

I know this is a rookie question, but alas I do not know the answer. I keep seeing the term ECB used. What is this, sounds great as everyone is excited about them.

ECB/EB = Extra Care Buck(s)

Used at CVS pharmacy with your CVS ExtraCare Rewards card program(free). For example...in this weeks CVS ad, Carnation Instant Breakfast is $4.99 with your card. After you pay for it, on the bottom of your reciept you will get a coupon/ECB for $4.99 towards your next purchase at CVS.

Hope this helps...I'm new at this myself

Default what does "charity!" mean?

I've been studying the deals by store and sometimes an item with coupon is listed with "charity!" in the description... What does that mean?
