Coupon Swaps

Have any of you organized or participated in a coupon swap? I am an avid couponer and wouldn't mind organizing a biweekly swap with other people in my church, I am thinking. I am thinking that we could set a few dates and times, each one take their envelope of coupons that they are willing to exchange and simply pass those envelopes around. A participant may take home more or less than he/she brought. Anybody have any ideas on how to make this work?

So far, we have a box in the church kitchen and a few people have participated, but we want more of a community and fellowship.
