I don't want to go back to paying for a list. The thing that intruiged me was to list your top items and watch for the lowest price week. I only bought one paper this week. Should I buy coupons online at a clipping service? Thanks for your help and patience.

Welcome fellow Texan!
I wouldn't bother buying Q's from a clipper unless there was something out there I really wanted/needed. But then, I've never bought q's from a clipper. It will take you a little while to really get rolling but it seems that a lot of the new deals out each week are running in conjunction with the newer coupons anyway. You can always pick up extra papers at most of the grocery stores as late as Thursday or Friday of the same week. Unless the q's were fantastic that week they don't usually sell out.
I used to pay for a similar site too when I first started couponing but have long since canceled my membership when I found Couponmom. The forums are extremely helpful. Most of the big deals seem to be the non-grocery type stores. There are some real Wags and CVS fanatics on here - including ME! LOL
