Where do you find advance notice of what is going to be on sale at Safeway?

DD is at the other side of the country in northern CA with a brand new baby. D boyfriend & family are not helping financially and she is on maternity leave. Money is very tight for her. I send the cash I can but I'm also sending Q's for her and trying to match them up. She doesn't have a computer to get IP's. Mail is slow and that doesn't allow her much time to shop by the time she gets them. A few extra days notice would make this so much easier. Any help or tips to make cross country help easier is much appreciated.

Also is CVS the same in CA. DD says she has a Longs which is now owned by CVS. Do they have the same sales and extra bucks as CVS in other states? I've seen it mentioned in a few threads that CVS in CA is much different. How so?

I'm not aware of any sites that send out "advanced" copies of the adverts. However if she goes to safeways online website just after midnight the morning the ad comes out she should be able to see it. I would encourage her to use the online list maker too...

Advance notice? I do not know of any sites, especially since they would hit her first(goes from west to east for Safeway & Safeway affiliates).

Does she have a subscription to the newspaper? My sales as come a day in advance with it. My friend gets the same ones a two days before.
