Default Problem using internet coupons?

I printed some coupons off couponmom.com and tried to use in my local Wal-Mart but was told they didn't accept them. Has anyone has this issue? If so, were you giving a reason why?

Same thing happened to me yesterday here in PA. I've never had coupon problems there, but the cashier and the person in charge that she called over for help, said they were told to be very careful with IP coupons. They had some sort of meeting about them where they were shown how to make sure a coupon is legitimate (exp. date, bar code, and address for redemption). They ended up taking mine, but it looks like it's going to be a battle each time.

Walmarts Corp. Policy says they do accept IP coupons, so I would call corp. about this and maybe they can help.

Also, you can find a copy of Walmarts coupon policy by searching the forums here, by searching through google, and on Walmarts Corp. website. Just type coupon policy in the search on Walmarts Corp. site and it should come right up.

I also had this problem at my local Walmart. For me it's not worth the hassle to try to use the IPs. Redeeming regular coupons there is like nails on a chalk board. I don't shop there as much anymore and I can't say that I miss it.

WM does take Q's. Get the copy of Policy and drag the thing around with you to show it to all those Harvard grads that work there.

It's a shame that we couponers have to go through all of that to use a coupon! Knocking on wood, I havent had that problem in Jax, FL yet!

They take I/P. Again, its just your cashier or CSM making up rules as they go. See Wal*Mart's coupon policy here: Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. - Wal-Mart Coupon Policy

Keep it in your purse. You'll reference it frequently when dealing with Wal*Mart. They are frustrating more times than not.
