Rolling your register rewards at Waggs

The current system is awsome. I wish you were having a better experience. I have never had a problem rolling rr's. You should seriously consider going to a different waggs

This happened to me last week with the RR. I purchased an item with a RR from a different manufacturer then the item I was purchasing and the new RR didn't print. The manager told me when I use an RR to buy something you don't get a new RR. The next day I went to another Wags and did the same transaction and the new RR printed. Try a different Wags you might be surprised.

I have had the system work and have it not work. Sometimes I think it is the deal they are offering.

I used a free Softsoap RR and was buying a skintimate as well... didn't print the RR. However when I first got the Softsoap RR, I had used a RR and it still printed... same Wags and everything.

I too had the cashiers tell me that if using a RR, a new RR won't print. So, I have been too chicken to take my chances of losing out on my RR.

I'm not too familiar with Walg, but do they have a limit on the number of times you can receive the RR on an item as per the weekly ad (like CVS)? If so, maybe that's why it didn't print RR on the second trans.
