I have no problem printing from coupon bar, but I can't print from SmartSource, I've tried everything I know other than getting rid of my anti-virus from McAfee, I've followed the directions SmartSource gives, but it didn't work..I've all but given up on SmartSource.

do you have firefox? I cannot print smartsource from anything but firefox, you might try that. hope this helps.

Is it just another search engine, like google? I'm so confused when it comes to online stuff.

Firefox is a browser, like Internet Explorer. I use it all the time and LOVE it! Just go to Mozilla | Firefox web browser & Thunderbird email client and download it. I find it much more stable than IE...however...there are some sites that you can only use IE for to print coupons so be aware of that. SmartSource does work for me on Firefox.

Big Daddy..I had that problem too, I downloaded "Safari" along with Firefox, I am able to use Safari for the Smartsource Q's and IE and Firefox for everything else. So I have all 3 search engines and make sure you upgarde your Java. It works for me !!!
