Try using different computers at the library. mine lets me download most of the time. Sometimes I find a computer there that won't. So I just change computers. I hope this will work for you.

WOW! $29.00 for a printer???? I pay more than that for both inks....

I highly recommend an HP, I've had mine for 3 years and love it. Never any problems (I have the HP 4315 Officejet, All-in-One). I love, love, love having the fax machine ~ it's handier than you think it is..... Considering going to a store that will fax for you will charge you up to $1.50 per page...

Thank you! I looked at printers this weekend at Sam's. The lowest one that I saw was $59.

Do you have any friends or relatives that would let you print off their computers?

Here, it's a library policy not to allow downloads to a printer, I think.
