I contacted Kraft about this.They said if you have already printed the number of times you can't print anymore.
They did say if you access their website through another website/post you can possibly reprint the Q's.

Your computer may have a non-fixed IP address- most of the print sites go by IP address to determine if you've printed the limit. Those of us with fixed IP addresses will continue to get the print limit reached message...
