My dad in Yakima mentioned tonight that there were some great deals in the Albertson's ad this week. He is heading there in the morning.

I'm in the Seattle area. I'm just starting out at this. I will say though, that I have been getting my meats at QFC on clearance. I hit the grocery early in the morning and buy what they have out at half price. I've purchases pot roasts, chicken, ribs, steaks ect. Many time they are seasoned and ready to go. I buy and then freeze. When I'm in a hurry, I pull something already seasoned and cook it up. Easy.

Re: Chicken.... checked my flyer and ours has whole fryers for .69 a pound too.... only problem is they were out when I went in. Hubby and I got a raincheck each. )

I do Albertsons if the price is right, I have Publix, Winn Dixie and Albertsons within a mile of my home, plus 3 WAGS and 2 CVS, so I shop all of them following the best deals. Alberstsons has free cloth shopping bags with a small purchase and gal of mile for 2.99 this week. I'll be there.

I live in Eastern Oregon. You have the same ad as us this week. I did see the fresh steamers for .99. Get on bettycrocker.com and print coupons to make these free. Also, use dawn coupons (I have seen them for .25 to .50) to get less expensive dawn (10 for 10). I also saw the softsoap. There was a coupon a couple of weeks ago, this would make it around .65.

You might visit armhammer.com and see if they have any coupons on the soap on the front of the ad?

Didn't see much this week other than that.
