Default I let 4 of my "save $5 OYNO" expire from the Kraft "huddle to fight hunger" promotion

I am kicking myself all over the place about this screw up! My family and I got sick soon after this promotion and I did not go to the grocery store for 1 1/2 weeks. Now I have $20 in OYNO certificates and they are useless!

Has anyone had this happen and is there anything that I can do about it? I thought of contacting customer service thru Albertsons website and pleading my case. Am I out of luck on this?

I don't think you're totally out of luck yet, maybe if you cantact them like you said they just might have some sympathy,, tell them what a loyal customer you are and how much money you spend there monthly,,,,you never know until you try!!!! Good luck and let us know how it goes but don't give up too easily!!

No luck! Called customer service at 1-877-932-7948 and spoke with a representative. She said that there was nothing that she could do to help me. Just seems like they could have had some sort of an option for me. She put me on hold and spent 3+ minutes researching the transactions. I am sure she could see my history with the store as she asked for my preferred card number. Not too pleased right now. Lesson learned: Do not let those catalinas sit too long in your wallet.

I am not done with this! I will take them to my local store and see if I can sweet-talk the store manager. You never know......

Anyone else ever had a good outcome in this sort of situation?

Yee haw! Just returned from my local Albertsons. Had a wonderful trip and after checking out (being as there was no one behind me in line) I decided to ask the store manager about my expired catalinas. I explained that I had a quantity of 4 of the $5 off your next visit catalinas and they expired the week that my family got sick. She said she would check with corporate and be right back. She came back moments later, rang up the 4 $5 catalinas and a refund and gave me $20. I felt a little teary-eyed because this kind of thing never goes the way I need it to or the way I think it should. I thanked her profusely and walked out with a litttle (LOT) of bounce in my step.

    The lessons I learned:
Do not let your catalinas expired. I should have given them to my mom in the least....
Do not give up! If one person gives you an answer that does not sit well with you, ask another.
