Default Need cpns for 10 for $10 deals.

my albertsons has the boxes of green giant at 10 for $10, but the best cpn i can find is $1/2.
They also have betty crocker au gratin on 10/$10, but the best cpn i can find is .40 /1.

If anyone knows where I could get better cpns please let me know. I'm really, REALLY broke. we're a one income family not by choice right now and i need all the freebies i can get in order to feed my family.
    Help would be appreciated.

other 10for $10 include lipton pasta side, betty crocker cake mixes, carnation evaporated milk, bird's eye veggies or rice (can only find $1/3 cpn), hawaiian punch... any ideas where i could get some good cpns for any of these?

Aren't these the same items that are included in the spend $30 get $15 back deal? If so, then you should be able to get these items for free or close essentially after getting the $15 back. Which you can then use to recycle on the same deal if you want to so you have nothing OOP on the following transaction(s).

Don't forget to use the double coupon from the Safeway ad too, Albertsons accepts competitors coupons. Those $1/2 will actually be $1.50/2 with the doubles.

don't get shy on me now. I'm not going shopping until tomorrow or friday. Keep the hints coming if you can. LOL. there's still plenty of time to save me from not getting the best deal possible on my groceries.

I have a question about the $30/$15 deal. My sister-in-law was doing it in Chicago for the past week and it was giving her $15 if the original price of the items totalled $30. So she was getting things for nearly free. Ex 5 ALL Laundry detergent= $31.45 original price, then she would scan her membership card to bring it down to $16.65, then she would get the $15 from the Catalina machine. So without any coupons she was paying 1.65+tax for all the detergent. She said that it isn't working anymore, that the machine is going of total sale price.
So if I buy $8 boxes of Cheerios which would total $30, then scan coupons to bring it down to say $20, would I still get my $15 from the Catalina?
Sorry if this is confusing, but my wife and I are new to this and my sister-in-law seems like the expert and we can never get as good of deals as she can.

I'm not sure if this will answer all your questions... but everyone I've heard it from says that if your purchases total $30 before you scan your coupons, and you have your preferred card, then no matter how much your coupons take off, you should still get your $15 toward your next purchase. At least everyone on here that I've talked to had it work out that way. I don't know for sure because our sale here goes til tuesday and I'm broke so I'm waiting til then to do my shopping.

Best I can say is go hit the recycle bins. We find tons of leftover ads that we can clip away at!! Best of luck to you!

I would have never thought to hit the recycle bins. Thanks for that tid bit. Next time we take our papers to recycle I'll have to try that out.
