We tried the following recipe about six months ago and it has become our new favorite sandwich of all time. The flavor is fantastic. We now have it every couple of weeks. (we top ours with provolone or mozzarella cheese and then pop the sandwich in the toaster oven for a couple mins until cheese is melted) Its great with sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers too. The taste will knock you for a loop!
