So I ask him "why did it work THIS time on the same exact items and not LAST time?" (we're looking at 15 minutes into it) and he says "because you gave me the q's in a different order" (like I'M the problem) and I reply "well, why didn't YOU know that?" and he shrugs....SHRUGS...and I tell him "Maybe you ought to learn your own coupon policies" and I'll give him this he says "well, I learned something today" and I say "So did I" (that he is untrained and brain dead)......no wonder I stay out of there if possible.... you wouldn't believe all the huffing and sighing behind me........tough.....go to the other cashier..I'm having a "coupon situation"....LOL LOL

This is the order to hand over the Qs. Do not even hand them the next group of Qs until they finish with the first set you give them. I had a similar situation and the manager was less than happy at how long it was taking. Her explanation to the cashier was that I was not using the RR how they are supposed to be used. (2 transactions in 1 visit to the store) I told her that it was exactly how the RRs are supposed to be used. She was not stormed off in a huff when the transaction was over. I laughed the whole way to the car.
