Hi there, I'm a newbie to this..I'm trying to find somebody local in WA state to help me. I read the e-book from couponmom.com and bought two sunday newspapers this weekend: the Everett Herald and the Seattle Times..i scoured through the ads and found all kinds of Target, Fred Meyer flyers etc but didn't find any of the Redplum or Smart Source circulars to date and file. Am I missing something?? Were they there?? I really want to get started in this coupon process but feel dead in the water because I don't have any coupons in hand from Sunday paper to start collecting
