I subscribe to Time Warner in my area. Every month they send me an informational email about their service. If anyone has read it to the bottom they provide a link to the coupons. They offer their customers 4 coupons each month. I haven't used these yet from Time Warner but if someone has, have you had an issues? I just noticed it this past month>
