I wanted to mention something that helped me tremendously when I was loosing weight. I always would work out before a meal, for me it seemed more effective. My body would be worked up, my metabolism a little higher, my body going through the calories a little quicker....... I know the recommendation is to exercise after you eat so you can fuel your body, but after eating - I couldn't get my behind up to exercise

so I'd have a healthy snack and then exercise. It worked best for me, see if it works for you.
