I had to give all the bad stuff cold turkey. If I have one I'll want another the next day. Having Starbucks are calories I don't need. I'm not counting calories, but all the exercise will be for nothing. When my DH is have Starbuck the smell is so good I have to walk away. Thanks for sharing.
