Goal: To lose 50 pounds. I may add more later, but for now.. we will stay with 50.
Plan: I am doing a South Beach type of plan that is slightly modified by my doctor. Basically high lean protein, very low carb (mostly from a little fruit, brown rice and only 100% whole wheat items), and some beans.
Also, to exercise 30mins everyday.
I have been following the plan (OK so not as hard as I should

) and I have lost 35 pounds since Nov. of 2008. Now on to the next 50!
