I guess I'd like to loose another 10 or 20 pounds but my main goal is just to eat healthy and exercise.
I made a lifestyle change nearly 2 years ago and I just want to stick to that.
I try to get 30 - 45 cardio each day by riding a recumbent bike.
I don't count calories as a general rule, I just watch what I eat. Works better for me. Now on occasion I will feel the need for some reason to do calories and I will for a few days---maybe it's my internal tracking system that kicks in
