Hey I have a couple of questions about this that might be kinda dumb, I've never sent anything oversea's. Even thought it would be an envelope do I take it to the people at the post office, I'm assuming that I CANT just drop it in the "Out of Town" slot
. How much does it usually cost to send an envelope? Do the coupons HAVE to be expired? I mean if some of us just decided to donate our unused coupons would they still want/need/be able to use them? Thanks for the answer.
