Had a similar problem a few months back with my P&G qs not coming off. contacted cs- they sent me the same email requesting more info. about a month later i finally got an email saying they have resolved the prob and my card would reflect a credit for that amount that didnt come off. said it could take 4-8 weeks- still waiting.
However- i've also had probs with shortcuts- contacted their cs and they had it resolved within 4 hrs. definately a huge difference in customer service!
