I've had trouble too. Some go through fine, others...
Be sure to read the fine print on the q's. I bought the wrong count razors & didn't get the q'. Same thing w/ Gillette antiperspirant. A couple other times I have no idea why the deal didn't go through. I thought about contacting CS, but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Same thing w/ returning the products.
I still load my card, but don't anticipate the q's really coming off. Great if it does, oh well if it doesn't.
