Did you buy the products shown in the ad? If you did, and you bought 3, then I would show them the ad and make them force the RR. Make sure the number of items and number of coupons are equal add fillers if you need to. The best advice I can give is to find a cashier that knows the system and how to use it. I like to go at night when no one else is there and I talk with the cashiers.
