I used the 10RR one on my 2nd purchase. I didn't get another 10RR though, only after I made a little stink that I got the RR at the other store.
But the lady did say after I got the 10RR that if you use the 10RR or 5RR you got from purchasing the make-up that you will not get more RR. I got 1 found, 1 eye shadow, & two mask. the 2nd go round and I needed fillers, so I had to get the 1.00 Suave Shampoo & some Halloween Candy. My total was 12.24 ( or something close to that) I used the 10RR so only 2.24 OOP
And got another 5RR for the shadow.
