I finally called them today. Not sure when I sent it in, but the website didn't show it. CS stated that the on-line status isn't working because they are "updating" it. So, she took my info and found it! She said the check is being printed and it will take "up to 30 business days" to get it. That's a long time, but I'm so happy they received it. Try calling if you can't find anything on the internet status check.
