I know here in TX ,my wal-mart takes ips.As far as a papers start with the big one and see.As you get your coupons going, you can also trade with others on this site.Just let us know what you need.And try and find a store that double and triples.Do you have a Kroger close by?What about a cvs?Great place to get shampoo,razors,etc...and get extra cash bucks back to use on your next trip.
