Default Preparing and freezing home-cooked breakfast

Hello out there in wonderful coupon cyberspace!

Newbie here.

Nice community...I like it.

I saw a brief video on a website about freezing eggs. Well, actually not in the shell. You beat the eggs and store them in an air-tight container and freeze them when they are near the end of expiration date. To use, you thaw and a tablespoon equals one egg. Neat.

Here's my question: Making up omletes loaded with ham, bacon, cheeze, bell peppers, onoins...yum...and then freezing them. Anybody know if this is a safe idea?

Just thought I'd see what clever ideas you all have. I so much appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

There may already be a topic on this matter on this forum that I overlooked, if I did, just point me in the right direction!

Also, I know there is a list somewhere.....Things Which Can be Frozen....I'd love to find that, too.

Blessings and grace,

Rosie
