Beef stew meat, in crock pot, with a can of beef broth, an envelope of onion soup mix, and some red wine. Heated up some leftover mashed potates, thickened the sauce w/ cornstarch for gravy, and heated up some frozen veggies. Fresh biscuits would have been nice, but I would have had to start those hours ago. Didn't think about it until now. Starting this Thursday Publix has bottom round roast on sale for 1.97/lb. Time to stock up on more beef stew meat (Or time to make pot roast
