It looks like you can't do this anymore.
You could buy a $5 GC for 140 points and then buy a reload for, I THINK it was 110 points, for a total of $10. That's the only "deal" I know about, but the $5 reload was not on the website when I just went to look to give you the details. They must have taken it off. (Everyone must have gotten wind that they were stopping in December... don't know if that's true, just what I read on the site!
