I've often thought that the library would be a good place to have a coupon social group, also. Since it is community property, they should allow a room for it.

This is a great idea. The library where we lived in PA had a coupon basket by the front door, and I would always see people using it (this was before I used Qs). I just happened to go back to that library a few months ago, and the basket was gone

It was/is such an economically depressed area (old railroad city), and I know it could help people now since many of their stores double.
