LOL you mean you took the lable on the box literally? ha ha ha... The only thing I would suggest it to get a second one to use for fish especially if you like strong fish. Because it's plastic I've noticed fish "flavors" can transfer. So I have one for fish alone... and I took a perm marker and labeled it "FISH Steamer" so I know. LOL
But chicken, a little fresh lemon, thyme, black pepper, rice, bell pepper, onion... all steamed together... omg wonderful Just be sure to pound boneless chicken breasts uniformly flat and cut into strips so it cooks easily. Oooh! And don't forget to try steaming with liquids other than water. Try wine, broth, flavored vinegars (diluted) rootbeer... heh try small amounts first... if you like it go for it... if not... no harm done.
