Goal: lose 25 lbs by Christmas.
Plan: Exercise bike, punching man (bag), pilates and NO MORE DR. Pepper !!
I need to lose about 20-25 pounds, ok ok 30 would be better LOL,

but it's hard considering where I live and what we cooked here. Fried foods, gumbo, rice n, gravy, roux gravies.......hmm yummy food, but bad for your health.
