Wags on the other hand has had my loyalty over the years due to their friendliness and willingness to go out of the way to help....ie. when my son was in school in Charlotte, NC and I lived in Oviedo, FL and then Burlington, VT....they were willing to wait while he called and I gave them my credit card over the phone to pay for prescriptions and misc he needed. Also, I can count the number of times on one hand that I've had issues with coupons. CVS is almost as bad as Walmart.

Maybe we walk in with an attitude to these stores? I don't know. But like the Pepsi vs Coke issue everyone seems to have their preference.
hey vag, I should be able to drag one foot in the store with the face of Frankensteins bride and breath like a dragon and expect the same service as the queen of freakin england........please dont blame the victim, good customer service should not be limited to those that are both pleasing in speech and dress. ALL customers money is green, that should be the focus.Personal attitudes aside which generally have nothing to do with the generally brain dead cashiers. IMO
