I don't even boil the corn. I have my big pot and get the water to a good boil, then I stick the corn in and turn the jets off, cover, and let set for 10 minutes. The corn comes out sweet, crispy, juicy, and never tough. My DH used to mock me for the way I cooked corn, until I had Martha Stewart to back me up. It's the way she cooks it too.
