I sent the kids to walgreens the other day with RRs in hand to get 2 gallons of milk. Oldest son said the manager would not let him use it on milk, says so on the RR ( I hadn't read the fine print until then
) , she was nice about it though. They came home with snacks instead, and I still had to run to the store to get milk!
If your walgreens is letting you use them to purchase fresh dairy, count yourself lucky
