yep, many stores do this either because of laziness, or they don't want to notify customers of great deals *shrug*
either way, i'm pretty happy because i see the sale in the flier, and even though it's not advertised on the shelf, i know it's on sale because the flier says so.
last week i saw a nice beach chair advertised in the sales flier for $9.99, went to the store to pick it up and it was advertised on the shelf for $17.99 AND rang up for $17.99!
i said "nope, flier says its $9.99" and they gave it to me and i paid with $10 ECB's, so no OOP. definitely pays to browse the fliers before going into the store and depending on the employees to do their job by posting the signage.
