ooo I love this stuff..Thanks!!

In my bullet blender...

1 cup skim milk
4-6 ice cubes
1 stick pack of instant coffee
1 tsp cocoa
3 packets of sweetner
dash salt.
1 tsp Vanilla

Blend until like milk shake.

Yummy!
