Have you tried something to help you sleep? I really liked Ambien. As a respiratory therapist all I can say about you quitting smoking is you're killing my job security!
Just kidding. I'm very happy that you are quitting. There are some sites that will also calculate how much money you're saving and how many years you're adding to your life.
