They are not on clearance in the Los Angeles area Walgreens.
They are on special price for 99 cents each for the 55 yard floss until June 27th.
I used the coupons yesterday and only had to pay the tax for 4 of them.
I am not sure if it was because the cashier did not notice the price but the register did not even beep.
