I have to agree BUT be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS. My son did this 9 years ago, the police officer told us he did everything correctly only the drunk driver who hit him as he was walking back to help the disabled driver did not follow the rules. My 17 year old son was a pedestrian when a car going 80 miles an hour hit him! When we arrived at the hospital they told us to say good bye.......we were fortunate, he only broke 4 limbs and ruptured his spleen. He's the one I mention sometimes in law school
