I also have Vista and everytime I try to download the coupon printer, my computer tells me I must be "connected to the internet." Mind you, I AM connected to the internet and wouldn't be able to even attempt to download it without being online.

I have tried downloading firefox, troubleshooting and calling customer support. They wanted to charge me to talk to someone. My response: "I am calling to get help to install a COUPON PRINTER, do you really think I want to pay for tech support????" "Do you have any online coupon codes for reduced rates?"

So...any suggestions?
