Have you tried Picasa? It's a free download on your computer. Great for editting and organizing photos.

Shutterfly.com and search for Shutterfly Studio, you'll find a free photo editor download. What I like best about this one is the ability to make photo collages. Even though the software is from
Shutterfly, you'll keep the editted photos on your computer and you can print them at any service.
