If you have salsa and shredded cheese here is one::
do a layer of cream cheese, layer of salsa and then shredded cheese. Put in the oven until cheese is melted. Now you have dip and use tortilla chips with it...very yummy.
Sour cream, by a packet of dip mix as some require sour cream. Use this dip fo chips
